I had this issue when my internet cut out and I got disconnected. My character never appeared on the family tree and children say unknown ancestor. I think it might have something to do with the update changing how the mod treats insta death. As a baby it disconnects you and doesn't work at all as an adult now

i had a relative i'm sure I played with who never showed up on the lineage. It's possible he was unrelated and I just never hovered over him, but it was an Eve camp, it would be surprising if we found a random man without a family in the woods.
