Q: How can I run this game on Mac?

So I bought this game just now and I realized there have some problems regarding running the game on Mac. But I bought it anyway cuz I really like this game.

Followed by the instruction, I launched the game successfully. But after several updates and restarts I just suddenly could not open the game anymore. Every time I tried to open it it says "cannot be opened." Has anybody else run into this kind of problem when trying to run it on Mac? Please help me. Thank you very much.

Btw please excuse me if I use any words that are weird to you. I'm from Japan and I'm trying my best with my English right now.

I'm also getting this issue. Is there a fix or should I just ask for a refund?

Hi guys,

So I too am a Mac user and i bought the game two days ago... after an hour or so of refusing to not be beaten by my Mac... I figured it out. Annnnd there's not an easy way to do this... But I seemingly have got it sorted for now. (Gee thanks Mac for not having a nice way to open Sandboxing... with your stupid popups about click a folder and then you cant see the folder)

Go into your Applications Folder and find the folder for OneLifev(blahdeeblah)... open it. Find the client (aka the logo), for now it's OneLife_v185. Right click on it, show package contents>click contents>MacOS>launch the executeable... Now here's where I shortcut myself... i added this to the dock once it was loaded. It will also launch terminal. Just minimize that.

Now... I did have it happen where I did this the first time and it needed an update, so it updated. Then in the Applications>OneLifevblahblah i had lots of logos. Go with the one that has the biggest number. Once i managed to launch the executeable, i was able to click on the most recent logo and it launches now. (instead of having to show package contents) However, thought i'd include the steps for both ways to make it easier for you guys. Then i just added whatever worked to the dock so i had less steps to follow.

each time i play, I open my applications file and find the latest version in there.  All the ghosts of versions past are in there as well.
