Need help with a profile pic

So the one I have now is fine but I know there is a way to get a better resolution but I haven't been able to do it myself. If anyone could help out that'd be great, I want the same character as I have now.

Don't know if this is any better but I cropped out the wooden frame so the face is slightly bigger
