So yesterday I was helping a new player on twitch.
He had already completed the tutorial and was playing the game when i told him a good way to learn was to play the extra stage after the torch.
After learning the three basic tools, he went on to start a fire from scratch.
Now when I help new players, instead of telling them flat out what to do, I try to guide them into figuring out stuff by themselve, in this case to try to follow what the hintbox was saying.
So he arrived at the stage of using the leaf to pick up the ember, but then his hintbox just showed "no information" instead of the next step of ember leaf + tinder, so he got stuck.

Now I tried to reproduce it both ingame and in tutorial, but both times hintbox worked properly.
Anybody ran into similar problem ?
Should this player send anything or do anything to try to figure out where that problem came from ?
I will be eve tana. If not an eve, my kids will be called numerically : Primo, Duo, Tertio, Quattro, Quintus, Sextus, Septimus, Octavius etc... ending with an -a if you're a girl.
