Performance Issues

Hi guys,

i find it hard to play the game because everything moves so slowly, even in the tutorial. I am aware of my slow pc, but it runs other games just fine, like Rayman Legends.
Interestingly twohouronelife runs just fine as well. I could not see any differance in the settings folder. (considering the starter town is massive and has a lot of stuff in it)

My Set up:
Intel i3-4030U
4GB Ram
Windows 10 64bit
no Graphics card

I had similar problems. Lowering fps settings to 30 in settings .ini file helped a bit, then problem solved by it self after computer restart. Not sure what is wrong i tested game on integrated gpu and geforce, no diference in speed.
