so some asshat gets a knife and starts murdering everyone.

no worries, you have one of the village knives, passed down to you from your long dead aunt, who saw how productive you were and gave you the knife to protect before she died.

this is your shot. the insane killer is slowed from murdering, this should be piece of cake.

you take out your knife and click on the jerkoff murderer.

whats that? didnt seem to work. hmm..

the crazy lunatic is slowed down, but still moving.

it seems like you cant click on somebody if they are in between tiles...hmm..

they are so slow that they always seem to be in between tiles...

its like if they just keep moving you cant click on them....

oh looks like the psychopath can kill freely again, because they just never stopped and they couldnt be clicked on

oh they stabbed you...

village is now dead...

Clicking to kill someone isn't you interacting with their body. You have to interact with the tile that the game thinks they are standing on. When you click to move to a tile then you are technically on the tile that will stop on before you stop moving. I think you might even be able to try to click on the tile they came from as well.. Not sure about that one.

Yeah double left click would be better imo, cause right click makes you drop knife, but you can kill by aiming the tile where the person is going

with double left click you could spam click and droping knife wouldnt be an issue

Honestly to get any good at pvp you have to pvp in the first place. Any time I've tried to set up duel arenas or anything of the sort to try to teach people either -

A) No one is interested in learning how to fight
B) People take all the weapons out and pocket them

With multiple weapons and teleporters you can practice fighting much easier (even if its completely fatal) as you get multiple chances to stab someone even if you yourself get stabbed.
