Suggestion: Signboards

Hi, I think something as simple as signboards, could make the game more understandable for new babies.

This does not mean that the game is easier, but it reduces the chances of accidentally ruining civilizations, mainly in public servers.

perhaps signboards you are able to write himself

"for seeds only"
"to eat"
"water east"
"don´t empty the pond" etc. ...
