Fed bear makes no wounds.

Got killed by fed bear. no slowdown, could pick items, no visible wound, but hud bar got blody.
I didn't even noticed it untill just before death.

I want to confirm it before posting in known bug section.

Confirmed.
Standing on mutton is bad idea to avoid bear.
