Health system-mobile signal sign and status

A stair shape mobile signal sign represent how many Health remain.

the size of sign is about 1food meter block.
put at the left down coner just next to the food meter bar.

next to the mobile signal sign, there have a status icon(1food block size) show bleeding/poison/ill

My poor expression......It should be like a mobile signal sign.....
