Got the game Tuesday night, played like a charm. Since then, I feel like i'm getting unplayable lag. Everyone else seems to be moving faster than I am, people noclip through walls etc, and I haven't been able to find a solution. I don't think it's my internet or ISP as every other game seems to play fine. Literally afraid to play as I feel I'm a waste of resources (gonna starve at random times) and get cursed.
Any advice?

Sounds like some sort of frame rate issue. Try going into the settings screen and remeasure your frame rate.

My framerate is a solid 60.
