Login Failed

Just bought game and cannot login. I have tried re-installing, i opened ports 80 and 8005, and allowed the app in windows firewall. Im not sure what else I can try. Double checked the email and activation key and its all correct.

Maybe check in the gamefolder the folder settings.
Look for a file named "useCustomServer.ini". Open it with notepad check if there is a 0 or 1.
If there is a 1 change it to 0, save the file and try to login again.
First time the game will update, second time the game will start.

If its not working write please and we see if we find a other solution.

I found the mentioned file and it was already a 0. I tried saving it as 1, still didnt login, and it didnt login when i switched it back to 0.

Could it be the firewall? I remember one time I couldn't play on a different computer, until I saw there was a popup to allow the game to be ignored by it.

I know what message you mean, and I havent gotten that pop-up either. The app is allowed in my firewall though. Just reinstalled again and still receiving the same message. Pretty close to just going for a refund, but I would really like to be able to at least try this game.

Also, temp login does not work either.

The message askes for home and other networks. If you just allow "home" but your homenetwork is set up as other network it will block it.

Maybe give us some more informations. Are you sure you use the correct E-Mail and Login-Key? What version did you downloaded? What version is it upgraded after you pressed login? What messages pop up? Does the messages always when you start the game pop up? Where did you installed the game? How did you unpackaged it?

And did you contact Jason by mail?
