If your account is used to commit crimes, and your account is therefore deleted, "But it wasn't me!" is not going to get you a new, free account.

Also, for the record, using a bot farm to DDOS a game service is a crime.

You can literally go to jail for that and people have in the past. The law that governs this for US residents is the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and any potential DDOS-er would be wise to read about it.

I would highly, highly recommend you stop being parasites who try to ruin things for everyone before you yourselves end up under criminal indictment.

Okay for 1) you would have to prove intent beyond a reasonable doubt -- goodluck with that.

And 2) probably have to prove damages

oh and 3) this is probably not a DDOS. Unless they were actually repeatedly spam birthing, as in sending the command, despite the fact they were out of lives.

I don't know exactly what happened, but for one that would be incredibly stupid since you don't need an account to do a ddos.

It seems to me that whoever was responsible was DELIBERATELY using the accounts in order to get them deleted.

Which I think is more likely to be one of the karen phex players than one of the "greifers" people keep blaming.

Also, for clarification, I am faaaaaaaaaaaar more educated on the law than Forman is, and I'm pretty sure he's just now realizing he may have done something that could get him arrested, so this is damage control. Pure panic mode thinking; a cornered animal crying out in fear.

This guy cannot keep himself from acting like an imbecile and yet he pretends he is intelligent.

I may not be the smartest man on Earth, but I'm smart enough not to doxx people and get banned from the OHOL discord for it, so I guess I'm smarter than forman, though.

Firstly, I don't live in your country, but it seems like I still know more about US law than you do.

Secondly, it wasn't me you moron. I already told you the reasons why that "attack" (which wasn't even an attack) was moronic (like you are).

Thirdly, I never doxxed anyone.

Okay..... so like do you just type words without having any idea what they mean? Cause that seems to be what you are doing.
