Playing on Mac with Mod in 2023?

I would really like to play this game on my modern Mac. I downloaded a link I saw on this forum for a modded client and it almost works, but when I get to the final screen it says the version is outdated (365) when it should be 400+, but when I go to the Github 365+ is the latest release. Are there any updated, working mods for Mac as of December 2023?

Yes, it's the mod made by me:

It supports macOS 10.9 to newest version.
My mod also support translation to Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Ukrainian.
