Can't link to Steam. "Supplied ticket ID does not match existing ID."
I'm already signed in on my web browser, but that doesn't seem to be the problem, since I opened the link in incognito and got the same result.
When redirected to Steam, I get redirected right back and end up seeing a very small page with the regular top and bottom bars in gray only about 100-150 pixels apart, with a centered message saying "Supplied ticket ID does not match existing ID."
Is it possible to fix this so I can redeem the game?

If this information helps at all, I think I may have purchased and refunded the game on Steam in the past.
