"End Game" Would Need to Work In Low Pop

I just played here on a Sunday evening, and we had under 20 players most of the time I played.

I was born male, my family line died out.  So, I went to blacks.  They had only one black lady the last 10 years of my life or so.

Any sort of "end game" would need to cover these sorts of conditions, or it might just not be seen by players.
