We have the /die command for bb's who don't want to be born in a certain location/ to a certain mother for whatever reason, so why not a /abort command for mothers who don't want bb's for whatever reason? The command could only deduct points for the mother like /die only deduct's points for the bb, honestly I'm surprised this isn't already a feature

You can't abort a baby after it is born. That's just called "murder" and it is already available as an option in the game. It is also a pretty horrible thing to do to your own child.
In order for the abort command to work like actual abortion, pregnancy would need to be added so a female character would know that a baby was incoming and could decide to accept it or not. During the "pregnancy period" both players could decide if they were happy with the situation. And if they were not, they could end the pregnancy prematurely by using /die. The command would no longer work after birth.
Without pregnancy, the closest option would be contraception. A command that prevents births, either for the rest of that character's life or for a set period of time, like five or ten minutes.
Currently, you can utilize the homelands system as a make-shift contraceptive, by leaving your band to get "homesick", but it would be better if the game just let you decide if you were receptive to motherhood. People who wanted babies could give birth anywhere and people who were not ready could remain baby-free for as long as they wanted.
Choice is important and empowering for potential mothers. And the availability of contraception would mean fewer dead babies overall, because the new players would go to women who wanted to be mothers.

Just ignore they exist or dump them in the nursery. If they're strong they'll find a way to survive.
