Diesel Water Pump Could Use a Better Extraction Method and Berries

Currently, a diesel water pump requires a bucket to use.

But charcoal newcomen pumps and kerosene newcomen pumps need tanks.  The advantage of tanks lies in that more water is mobile.  People doing an oil run prefer a tank of water, especially a tank with 8 instead of 4 buckets of water in it.  The time savings is substantial, and lately I've been locking up some 8 bucket tanks of water in vaults specifically so that any oil maker has them (bpskotch mentioned such tanks as quicker for oil runs a few months ago now).  They also can help fill cisterns more quickly.

The diesel water pump in comparison is more awkard, time consuming, and tedious.  I would think that we can all agree on that also.

So, could we have an extraction method for water from diesel water pumps similar to how tanks extract water from newcomen pumps?

Also, with the current hierarchy system in place to handle bad actors, which sometimes works (though not always, of course) do you think it would be ok if we could strip a berry bush with a bowl again as was the case for the original release of the game?  Or would the problem of people yeeting bowls of berries into the wilderness be too significant?
