Cannot load game correctly!

Hi, I just downloaded the game correctly yesterday. I load it up, tells me that it's loading sprites, animation, etc. I log in and it starts loading, and saying it's "Downloading  update" . it gets about 1/15 of the way and stay there all day.Tried many times! I really want to play the game but haven't due to this thing. If somebody could please send help, I need it!
