Breastfeeding Through All Tops

It would make more sense if women had to take their top off to breastfeed. I wonder how difficult it would be to implement that mothers would need to take their top off to breast feed.

Maybe not for sealskin, since it doesn't cover the chest. But, for some clothing, like maybe a sealskin coat, it would take some doing to get one's nipples in breastfeeding position, wouldn't it?

We can imagine they would just pull the shirt to the side or lift it up. Women IRL do not undress when breastfeeding... It would not make much sense, especially from a gameplay perspective.
