On the subject of Hardened Rows

Is there a reason that some crops do and some crops don't leave Hardened Rows?

Inconsistencies in my eyes are:

Wheat - It leaves behind something what is a Hardened Row (Wheat Stumps) long before the Hardened Row was introduced.

Seeding Carrots - Why don't they leave behind a Hardened Row while the Seeding Cabbage does?

This leaves us with the two weird ones: milkweed and saplings. They don't leave hardened rows behind but they're also not really domesticated plants.

I think we are overdue to get domesticated milkweed and saplings.   A better version instead of being identical to the wild type.

Yeah we need some kind of string/rope plant that makes more than 1/2 string per plant honestly, I can't count how many times I had to go on a wildernessquest because a later game town needed string or rope for something and someone in the past didn't think to keep any milkweed seeds

I will adjust some of these to be more consistent.

Wheat and carrots now produces hard rows.

Saplings and milkweed still produce the wild variety when farmed.  That will remain the same for a while, because fixing it would require quite a bit of duplication.

Re: On the subject of Hardened Rows

I agree with the current situation of the milkweed and sapling.

That is why they are not included in the original post.
