Exile Punishment

So basically, I meant exile to have more meaning

This is simple but
The higher the rank of the exiler, the less pips you gain from food in that village,
also the more followers they have also changes this value

This was a simple thing to talk about and talk about your exile ideas in the comments\

I think exiling the hierarchy system is a good idea.

In all seriousness systems that force players to do something inorganically dont work out very well. Just ask biome restrictions and our rich trading dynamics in game.

We already have gene score that forces people to play a certain way. These kinds of systems remove player choice and limit the experience of the game.

The hierarchy is optional and is only used for roleplay right now I have never seen a hierarchy have any effect on actual game play.

I like to follow players who work hard in the town
as a like button of sorts.
