A solution for Griefing! that doesn't involve adding reporting!

IRL there are insane people, people who go on random killing sprees, I think Jason thinks that these are represented by griefers, how did the real world cope with this? at the beginning, guards, but there's a problem, your FOV is too small to even see if there is a danger.
   These Reddit suggestions should fix this, so go and upvote em so Jason can see em!

I love the watchtower idea, but not having the bell in a separate structure, it should be in the tower and you ring it a certain number of times depending on the warning.

Very nice ! Maybe a guard tower, where someone can shoot bow and arrow from longer distance than he usually could?
Nothing prevents a griefer from using it, but then again, he would be cornered. Maybe have the tower usable only after the bell has sung?
