Giving birth and then being unable to breastfeeding.

How about making it that moms can breast feed their babies until 43yo?
The confusion of not being able to feed your baby would be gone.
Anyway being able to give birth and then not being able to breast feed isn't realistic, is it? I'm not an expert in here, so I'm not sure.

If you are talking biologically, difficulty initiating or continuing to breastfeed can happen to mothers at any age.   At older ages, the risk increases, especially if you have your first child after forty, but there are plenty of examples of women who were capable of giving birth and exclusively breasteeding the baby at forty years and older.

It is quite reasonable to extend breastfeeding to allow an older mother to finish feeding her last kid.   

Actually, the less realistic aspect is that ALL women between 16 and 40 can automatically breastfeed non-stop.  If you wanted it to match reality, breastfeeding should only be available for women who have either just given birth or recently breastfed a child.   Everyone else would be dry, because their body isn't producing the right balance of hormones to trigger lactation.

But hey ... it is just a game.   It doesn't need to be perfectly realistic as long as it is fun.
