Is this a common experience when The Rift resets? If so, it's a strong negative against The Rift. Who wants to get born and die like that? Not many people, if any.

I'm pretty sure that the server was confused about the arc ending from an actual apocalypse and not the regular reset. By confused I mean that the server didn't register that the arc has ended and didn't open up the Eve window. Anyhow it's fixed now, I played recently and the Eve window was open as intended.
