Cannot Login

Hello. I recently reinstalled Onehouronelife recently after my first download went missing. Upon trying to login, I receive the display login failed. I believe this is possibly because I used the same email on my original account and the past account key may still be in effect even though I have a new key? I'm not sure but I would appreciate any help.
