When taming a wolf, you must give mutton to it, and the same applies For making full grown dogs pregnant. However, in order to feed a puppy (for it to live and grow) you must use Carnitas. While this is not a problem in itself, it is inconsistent with what the semi tamed wolves and full grown dogs need, and out of place. One of three solutions would have to be put in place to fix this.
1: Dogs only eat Carnitas (or Mutton)
2: Dogs, in all forms, can eat Carnitas or mutton
3: While Dogs themselves require Carnitas, semi-tamed wolves could be the exception, and eat only mutton instead (being different species) or vice versa.

It was originally mutton on both ends but by forcing puppies to eat carnitas you now have a way to clean out bowls of carnitas. Basically a pigs only use is to breed wolves and a dogs only use is to clean random bowls of carnitas out. It was specifically asked to make dogs require carnitas because we assumed he would make dogs useful thus make pigs semi-useful. The swap was for multiple reasons besides that anyways: swapping to carnitas slowed puppy production. It was frustrating to say the least having someone take all the mutton and just dump out sixty dogs. Making puppies eat carnitas slows puppy spam.
So basically pigs are almost useless while dogs are completely useless.

Just to clarify, i'm not saying that puppies should be made to eat mutton, as that would cause puppy spam once again, rather that full grown dogs eat carnitas, too, for consistency reasons.
