Not exactly sure what to categorize this as but if you look at this life of mine:

It says my last words were "I got drugs"
Which isn't correct. But before I died I read a note that said ":I got drugs", so I guess the content of the note became my last words? I'm fairly certain I didn't say anything between reading the note and expiring.
I searched in the bug discussion area and couldn't find anything related to this.

Notes take over your speech ability; this is why children can't read all of the words on a long note, it's subject to your character limit. If you didn't actually say anything after reading the note, it would make those your 'last words'.
