I would love to buy this game but...

The site won't let me for some reason. I've tried several times. there is nothing wrong with my credit card so I have to assume it's the site that is faulty. I hate to bring up steam when so many people have the reasons that it's not being used have been stated, but I've never had this problem buying a game through steam. I sent the problem i have had through e-mail and no one has gotten back yet.
