Suggestion: Using a round stone on a homemarker sets own mark.

No need to dig it up first. That tends to confuse newer, nice players fearing they might erase someone elses homemarker and make them lost in the wilderness.

I like this but I imagine Jason will say no because it makes setting a home marker infinity easier. I've gotten lost looking for a sharp stone!

There does seem to be a bug where I set a home marker and my kids don't get it. Maybe if someone cuts mine down before I have a kid the kid won't get it?

A kid won't get its mother's home marker unless the home marker is actually visible on the screen when the kid is born.

Oh. That's good to know but also sad too. Whats the point of having a home marker if you stay right next to it?

Wow. That is NOT what I expected. And not very useful, either. It ought to either always inherit, or never inherit.

Is that really true? I always thought they automatically got the home marker, no matter where they were. Any way I do agree you should be able to just hit it with a rock. In fact, I think you should be able to just touch it to transfer to that home marker. I see no reason why a home marker should be difficult.

Yea, the whole getting a sharp rock to dig it up and re-set it doesn't do anything. It doesn't make the game more difficult or interesting or more fun, just more tedious. It would be better to have it so you automatically inherit your mother's marker AND can set up your marker by just hitting someone else's with a round rock.

I would actually prefer multiple home markers that I can name myself so I can tag spots. We probably have to wait 1 billion in game years until we invent GPS for that.
