Cart painting and brushes

Ive posted this on reddit and mentioned on discord but I wanna hear what you have to say

This game is fun because shows well detailed crafting and task performing, it makes no sense that we'd not use a sort of brush to paint walls.

Also, the hability to paint carts and horse carts to make them more durable would be a nice feature.

Yes, boar-bristle brushes to make the paint go further than just throwing the whole bucket at a wall!

I will be eve tana. If not an eve, my kids will be called numerically : Primo, Duo, Tertio, Quattro, Quintus, Sextus, Septimus, Octavius etc... ending with an -a if you're a girl.

Re: Cart painting and brushes

I think the logic of painted walls lasting longer than adobe is that they are covered in plaster first... Paint doesn't magically increase things' lifespan.
I've never heard of plastered carts.

Ummm paint dose increase things life span... its one of the main reasons you paint wood. A thick protective coating of paint keeps the moisture and rot out of the wood

Be kind, generous, and work together my potatoes.

Yes. I don't think wood can be plastered but maybe it should take some other treatment before paint.

TSP - Trisodium Phosphate

EDIT: Nooo just paint the cart. It's pee paint, no need to get more complicated than necessary.
