Burping (instead of obesity)

If you over eat (waste) you make a loud burping noise, maybe the arrow points at you.
Range (+volume?) increases the larger the pips of waste eating you do.
This would alert us to the carrot sponges of the world as they will be burping like ALL THE TIME.
It is also funny.

Bonus points:

Lady burps for female characters, I am sure we can get people to volunteer sound samples <3 if need be

That's a nice idea but I think I personally would overeat just to burp around people then lol. Being annoying is fun afterall, isn't it?

Obesity is the better option. Easier just to straight up see who is a sponge.
