I just bought the game and downloaded the extractor (v65c), but when i extract the files to a folder it's empty.
I looked around for similar problems/solutions, like the folder being "read only" which also happened, but seems like my problem is the files not extracting to the folder?
Am I just missing something obvious or in there no hope?
(Running windows 10 if that helps)

Any error messages? Where are you extracting it? Maybe you've got incompleted file. Redownload and try again.

I am extracting it to my downloads folder. No error messages either.
tried redownloading and during the extraction i noticed if I browsed for which folder to place it in, there was a folder option for "OneLife_v65c" (which isn't viewable normally). I assumed the folder was hidden but selecting show hidden files in the folder's advanced settings doesnt reveal it.

Ok, problem solved. it was my firewall blocking it. Disabled it and the game loads fine.
I feel stupid, thanks for the help!
