I don't have the email with the game and its been a while since buying

Yeah... I purchased this game and I still don't have it. I got the email registering to this forum, but with the actual purchase of this game, no confirmation of payment or a link to download the game. I know the purchase went through. My email is a bellsouth.net email which is the only reason I can think of as to why the email won't come through.

Is it supposed to take forever for the payment to process?
