Tripping after being born, multiple times
My gf just had a few lives in a row where every time she spawned, she would be under the influence of mushrooms. She died and spawned to a new eve a few times. Each time she was tripping balls. Closing the game and restarting it fixed the issue.

Did she die while tripping?
If so, she didn't really die.... and those baby lives were all just part of the same trip....
