Any no murder servers?

Hi All,

Not actually played this game yet but really been enjoying watching some people playing it on youtube, so thinking about getting it. But a lot of the videos lately seem to just end with people being murdered randomly by their babies. Are there any options to play where you can be killed by the enviroment, starvation etc but not by other players?
