As far as we know, no.

Jason is in maintenance mode at the moment, as he has life stuff going on (moving across country etc). He's still doing *some* things, but no idea when he'll be back into the full swing of development.

For now, the servers are up and the game is happening!

Jason was forced to leave his home because of the California wildfires back in August, due to it not being safe for his children. He is still in the process of moving across country to New Hampshire, and transporting all of his belongings to the new house. He’s currently staying at a relative’s it seems, in or around New York, and pushes out the occasional coding update from his laptop. Although it’s sad, this is one time I can’t fault him for taking a long break. Family takes priority over this little game.

To be more precise:
The last update with new content (racing cars .... "a very useful update") was on 2020-09-19
The rest of the updates were varied changes and fixes, but without adding anything new to the game

the game has been frozen for many months ... without new mechanics, or new challenges
the retention of new players in OHOL it's a joke

This forum is a reflection of the state of health of the game and we have had a post where we have talked about incest for 2 weeks ...

Yeah the game is very much in a state of decline I used to play this game daily a couple months ago. now I pick it up once a week thinking its going to be fun and I get to do something new get bored amass a massive amount of yum than afk until I die of old age. The games a lot like a healthy house plant that jason put in a closet with no sunlight left to slowly die

I don't disagree with your main point, but we were only talking about OHOL's questionable relationship with incest for roughly four days. The remaining ten days was a heated debate on deductive reasoning and logical fallacies. Incest was barely even mentioned.

Still doesn't speak highly to the state of the game that nothing more interesting was going on in that time.
