Multiplayer Survival Game For Families Who Were Alive?

An apocalypse happened, it seems about 2 hours ago as I write this.

It seems that some players lived through it, via checking family generation in the tutorial area for a little bit.  None of the families that were alive during the apocalyapse it seems are alive now.

For the vast majority of players I suspect that the notion of the game having the possibility of survival to old age after the apocalypse wasn't possible.

But, for anyone who lived through it, can you honestly claim that it was a *multiplayer* survival game in some serious sense?  Like you could live to 60 and you could reasonably expect to help other players to live to 60 also, and that player could do the same with someone other than you also?

Re: Multiplayer Survival Game For Families Who Were Alive?

The actual takeaway from the apocalypse is that it causes a bug that enabled tool slots for the surviving families which would easily lead to both mass confusion and limit their survival heavily.

Also food degradation + only wild foods would pretty much kill these families too. Once again mechanics clashing + bugs are the issue here not whatever garbage the above post is. Lel.
