Too Many Babies Still Likely A Problem At Times

Servers 1 and servers 2 both got used substantially on Sunday of the sale weekend.  Eve spawning gets restricted.  This already presents one problem since the game is about helping to rebuild from scratch:

"Leave a legacy for the next generation as you help to rebuild civilization from scratch."

https://store.steampowered.com/app/5956 … _One_Life/

But what is rebuilding from scratch?  When there's any doubt about what rebuilding from scratch means, the clearest reference point is what Eve and her children can and often enough do do, and from that what rebuilding from scratch means can be easier to understand when talking about what it means when a deep well has or is near going dry and a pump probably makes for the best call.

The other problem with Eve spawning as restricted comes as that incoming players end up as babies of those Eves.  With only a few Eves (and few to no other fertile women around), and a surge in player population, that means many babies in a very short time for an Eve.

If there were more Eves during such a period, then the conditions for 4 living children per mother would likely take effect sooner.

Families might spread out more with more Eves.  But such spreading out is NOT an issue.  Lack of players "trading" is NOT an issue, because it's not that interesting and leads to uninteresting thoughts like "a sucker is born every minute" and "the price of something is whatever someone will pay for it", neither of which work well for the *intended* multiplayer nature of the game.

The game is about helping to rebuild from scratch, or just rebuilding from scratch, or it's falsely advertised.
