That explains why I didn't have to worry about tool slots in my last life. And why I found a completely intact and beautifully designed homestead for me and my three noob daughters.
Note to Jason - THAT WAS THE BEST LIFE FOR TEACHING EVER.
No babies after the first three girls. It was a perfect little house, with a cow, sheep and goose, small bakery with a walls and a forge area. The farm plots were all set nicely and looked lovely. Everything I needed to immediately start teaching my kids how to do things. Nothing missing, nothing broken. All basic tools available and a little iron ready to smelt. It was beautiful. Who ever made that, I salute you. You do amazing work and I hope we didn't mess it up too much.
One of my daughters went afk as an adult and another one got killed by a boar. The last one survived until I died of old age. I actually had time to talk to them and it wasn't pure chaos from start to finish. I wish this was an official game-play mode, with the option to spawn in as an Eve or child of Eve to learn the game or teach others with a little pre-built homestead ready for you to work it.

Yeah, there were a few times I got the new player pop up this past winter on s12. It was very good for teaching, and I had plenty of time to talk, and was prepared.
I'd guess that when 2HOL players decide to keep children, and they decide to teach, experiences end up somewhat similar.

Later at about 9:20 P. M. EST:
194 on bs2
15 on s1.
Which looks like the incoming players aren't splitting anymore once bs2 reaches that 130ish number.

I bet one of the people playing by themselves was you.

I played in 2HOL's twin event on Saturday for a few hours, which involved a few groups of twins building a town, and in significant part got streamed on Twitch.
On Sunday I played with someone on a low pop server AFTER the above server mess happened.
If you knew me, you probably wouldn't have made the above comment, since I do have a tendency to play with other people more often than by myself. I just don't seek out the context with race restrictions and tool restrictions.

Would be nice to have more 2HOL videos on youtube, can hardly find one. Especially i want to see the rivers (or was it fake news)

I would just assume that rivers and lakes got confused by someone.
