Me and my son wanted to play twins. So i purchased a second key(installed on another pc).When I try to use the new key it says login failed? Any ideal what is wrong?

Trouble connecting
I just bought the game and cannot connect. "CONECTION FAILED".
It's Not the Firewall or Anti-Virus, I checked that. e-mail and code are also correct.
