Born to an Eve, named me Dolly, a girl. Born to a dead city that we rebirthed. Truly the most advanced city I have ever seen. But one thing was missing as is missing from all societies; culture.
So I called my daughters Sasha, a creed, a code. To ensure the longevity of our peoples we must all have one thing in common; a name. The name that would bind my children  and their ancestors together. A line stretching beyond the generations, beyond what any of them had seen before and knew of since.

At first, things came slow, my few daughters bore the name, the name of our people. And with time, so did those of my sisters who had come before me. It made us strong. We cultivated the city that was in ruin before our coming, my time spent at the berry bushes teaching the younger ones to tend them properly, the lifeblood of our civilisation. And of course, that not only should my children bear the name of Sasha, but theirs should too. Until such a point when they even began naming their boys Sasha too. Indeed, they became some of the most zealous of our people in the aim of calling all our people Sasha.

As my mother, Eve, passed along with my siblings before their time, I was left the eldest, to shepherd our people along the right path. The path of unity and salvation through what unites us. The name. In time, I became one of the few women left who was not called Sasha, let alone among the boys who were given the name i increasing numbers without my input. Such was the joy that sharing a common name gave to my descendants.

My time running out, I gave all I had ensuring the little ones were fed, and that they too, when their time comes, to name their children Sasha too. I knew I could count on them, for they bore the names of their mothers and their mothers mothers. It was in their blood. Apart of them. It... was them. They were Sasha.

-  In coming back to the Family Tree, despite my having passed on over an hour ago, meaning no one alive now knows someone who knew me, yet they are still continuing the name as was taught  to them. I count there being no less than 60 members of the family who have died bearing the name Sasha. By generation 6, no one has a different name other than Sasha. I am so proud of you all.

Sasha Carlson is the name to type in the family trees section to have a look.

Edit: In so far as I can tell, the last generation to have someone called Sasha in it was generation 9, where the roman numerals have reverted back to the start and the individual is Sasha III.
We made it to generation 15. An interesting look at what lives on through tradition.
