They do can, actually. It would be way easier to create a game profile here https://ds11.pdffiller.com and to paste the guide there with editing access to a specific number of trusted people. If doing so in Google Doc then everybody would write there all they want and there would be nothing good nor useful about it. At least, it would be safer solution
